Power Outage Update - April 1, 2025 | 7:30 a.m.
Following Sunday night's storms, Tricounty is still experiencing a major transmission outage from our transmission provider, affecting the Hamler and Leipsic areas.
The transmission company's crews are still working on the broken transmission poles. We cannot provide an estimated restoral time as this is the transmission providers system that feeds Tricounty. We have been informed that it consists of three broken poles in a remote location.
Unfortunately, this situation is beyond Tricounty's control. We appreciate your patience during this extended outage and will continue to provide updates as we receive them. Thank you for your understanding.
