To report an outage, call Tricounty Rural Electric at 419-256-7900 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), or Cooperative Response Center at 1-888-256-9858, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before you call:
- Check your home’s fuse box, breaker panel, or any outdoor disconnects to make sure the outage is not due to a blown fuse or tripped breaker.
- Call your neighbors to see if their power is off. This will help determine if the problem exists within your home or on our lines.
When calling an outage, please have this information ready:
- Name on account
- Account number
- Phone number at the location of outage
- Service address
